Teaching

Molly has taught undergraduate courses in literature, composition, marketing writing, and business communications. She has taught MFA graduate residency courses on creative career paths and marketing for writers. Molly has also been a guest lecturer on ad writing, blogging, social media content creation, pop culture writing, and fashion writing. She currently oversees apprentice and internship programs in the UK and Canada for aspiring creative professionals.

Marketing

For 15+ years, Molly has worked as an executive leader in digital marketing for top tech companies and global creative agencies. She has shaped the brand voice and content narrative for eBay, Uber, TikTok and more. Molly was an executive board member for Feed Agency (now DEPT), and she has built and overseen copywriting and content strategy teams in the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, and Australia.

Volunteering

Molly is a manuscript reader and evaluator for Autumn House Press. She is a mentor for Arts Emergency in Manchester UK, providing career support for young writers who need it most in her community. She has also been a workshop leader for Valencia 826, a San Francisco nonprofit dedicated to supporting under-resourced students with their writing skills. Molly volunteered as an archive specialist for the San Francisco Opera, and provided administrative support for the International Poetry Forum.
